Welcome to Ballarat Bootcamp, my name is Ash and I’m the owner/ head trainer here at Ballarat Bootcamp. I have been instructing Bootcamps in Ballarat for the last 8 years. I am a level 1  & Advanced Bootcamp Instructor, qualified personal trainer, with over 12 years of experience in the fitness industry working with a wide range of clientele/athletes.

Ballarat Bootcamp is a fun, challenging, exciting, socially inviting, friendly fitness program that caters for ANY fitness level in a non intimidating environment. Ballarat Bootcamp caters for ALL fitness levels with focuses ranging from weight loss, increasing strength, building lean muscle mass, toning & shaping, increasing cardiovascular fitness, training for an event and much, much more.
Ballarat Bootcamp is running sessions for small or large groups on a weekly basis. Sessions are Monday and Friday mornings (6am-6:45am), and cover a wide variety activities, workouts and locations around Ballarat.
All troops will receive a text message 12-24 prior to session with the location on meeting place. Participants will experience many different activities during our sessions – including boxing, weights, cardiovascular exercises, team challenges, individual challenges, mentally stimulating activities and lots of incentives to get the competitive juices flowing. Business’ can contact us to exclusively book in training times for their workplace also.

Lots of great friendships have formed over our short time in business and we know that this Bootcamp Fam will continue to grow and welcome anyone along.

Personal Training

The role of a Personal Trainer is to make sure you are kept motivated & on target by following a structured plan & schedule in order to achieve your short, middle & long term goals in a full supervised environment. Personal training can be conducted in a 1 on 1, 2 on 1, or small groups.

  • 1 on 1 Training (60mins): $70
  • 1 on 1 Training (45mins): $60
  • 1 on 1 Training (30mins): $50
  • 2 on 1 Training (60mins): $45 per person
  • 2 on 1 Training (45mins): $40 per person
  • 2 on 1 Training (30mins): $30 per person
